If it was me I'd just shrug it off. The person is probably just shy, or they could be dealing with something where they don't feel like being sociable. You can never know what's really going on with some people. I always say good morning to people, but I'm aware they don't owe me a cheerful greeting in return.
They could very well just not like you; they may also just be that type of person. Unless it impacted other things, I’d leave well enough alone.
That's her problem. Ignore it. Some people just aren't friendly or will dislike you for no apparent reason. There's no point trying to make sense of it if it isn't affecting your work.
They might be racist or a nurse bully, so it's best to avoid them and keep a record if they cause you any trouble.
