Just completed my last shift in the ICU. I'm glad to be shifting back to the Maternatity ward. It was exhausting, and emotionally draining working with such sick patients. I know the work we did made a big difference, but I'm glad to go back to my favorite role!

I manage 2 physician practices and one is extremely toxic. To the point the dr sides with staff even when I am trying to make corrective actions when patient care is in jeopardy. My leadership is aware and knows I am keeping my distance from them. Just doing the necessary work to keep them producing. How do you handle this? Suggestions for Python courses to learn automating manipulation of data that comes in same format every day?
For context, i work with FP&A a lot. I often receive daily/weekly reports of data that i have to aggregate. Doesnt take lots of time each instance but adds up over time and Id like to use these tasks as a goal to work towards as motivation to learn code.
