I have a new male coworker, and I want to build rapport, but obviously i don’t want to come on too strong or God forbid flirty. I asked how his long weekend was and it kind of fell flat. What are some good ways to break the ice when you’re working remotely? Especially with the opposite sex? Thx!

I wouldn't worry too much about coming across inappropriately. That's a very standard small talk question. His lack of response to it is honestly kind of odd - it's not like you were asking about his dating life or something private. Just keep doing what you're doing and the rapport will come.

Will Deloitte india revise offer based on the current offer?

I got offer from Deloitte for around 14.5 (fixed + variable) for 4 years of experience in SAP.

But now i have better offer for around 17 LPA.

Is it a good decision to ask Deloitte india for a revision?

What are the chances that they'll revise the offer?
