Does this company really process my Visa.
They did not asked me any money for processing visa.
However they are taking time to process the same.

Hi Everyone - Need some insights. My PERM process was started by company in Feb’22 (currently awaiting wage determination, submitted to DOL in May’22). Its been months and DOL is working on requests from Jan’22. My H1B expires for good in Oct’23 (with all the recapture). Is there any chance I’ll have my PERM completed by then? Hi Fishes, Is it possible to process h1b as cap exempt if I had worked on USA in h1b status for few months and if the visa is expired now, once I join a new employer.

I came to US on an L1b in 2018 and switched to H1b in 2021 Oct. Current 797/visa expiry is stated as July 2023, by which I would have spent 1.5 years on H1b visa (and 3.5 years on L1b before that).
