I have accepted "Letter of Intent" on Friday, but still haven't received Final Offer Letter from Deloitte USI.

How much days they take to release the final offer?
I tried reaching out to HR, just to inform that I have accepted the LOE but HR is so so so rude and now my calls are also being unanswered.

What is the possibility of being rejected after this stage?? Any ideas

I’m a designer in the planning/landscape architecture dept. of a CE firm. Extremely frustrated that after 4+ years and multiple asks, I’m not getting the in-field construction experience I’ve asked for. I know that my designs could be better if I could see how things are actually built but I get slapped in the face with “I need you in the office designing/drafting” or “there’s no budget to have you go out” and then sends an intern to inspect instead. I’m 5 yrs out of college. Any advice?

Director interview after super day?

Had a super day last week and I thought it went well, partner sent back a nice message to my thank you note. Trying not to read too into it, but is it normal to have an interview with another director after having already interviewed with a director (and a MD)?
