I have accepted offer letter from Accenture for banglore location but i want Pune and HR said she will send revised offer letter so that I haven't resigned yet.

Can anyone please suggest if i should wait until i get revised offer letter or resign?
If i don't resign now, will they wait until i serve notice period after receiving revised offer letter.

It already been 3 weeks,, HR asking to put paper but she didn't provide any written confirmation.

Please Suggest.
