I have an offer from lseg bengaluru
Offered me 32LPA as fixed
Current CTC is 21 LPA fixed in pune
I have accepted the offer and have also completed the bgc and initial onboarding is started. However I feel 32LPA is less and i want to ask them to make it 35LPA.
Please suggest ways on how to negotiate as other companies are not ready to even offer 32lpa. Bengaluru lifestyle is expensive hence wants to increase ctc.
