Sharing my experience with Deloitte USI interview and offer negotiation. I gave Deloitte interview 2 months ago. After managerial round I did multiple follow ups and Deloitte didn’t bother to reply. I moved on and got another offer. After 1 month Deloitte came back and asked for documents and didn’t show up for another 1 month. Today HR called and asked my expectations. Salary has only fixed as HR mentioned that bench policy is revised on. Work location mentioned is also remote.

Given number of interviews but no one are ready to give more than this even if I reach last rounds.
