I have applied through Sanofi workday portal and the status is changed from Under Review to Recruiter Screen. It’s been a week since the status change but there is no mail or call from HR. Generally how much time they take after this status change to contact the candidate?

Interview tomorrow for a tax associate opening at RSM. Been working in a mid-size city (different firm) that is about 70 minutes from this new home office in a larger metro.
