I messed up my screenshare in a meeting with 2 colleagues and showed my personal email that had scheduling info for my onsite interviews with another company. I prepared an analysis of my jobs (acting as manager) comparing actual realization to budgeted and was told I shldnt be looking at that. Shouldnt performance to budget be a metric mngrs are eval’d on?

I interviewed at a law firm and had my final round last Friday. The Tuesday afterward, I got a call from the recruiter saying the firm won’t have a decision for another week. I believe they’re interviewing other candidates. Does that make me second or third choice? And does the fact that I’m working with a recruiter hurt my chances of being selected due to the commission? Should I hold out for the offer or is 1+ week a sign that I won’t be selected?

Wondering if anyone can share the approximate timeline after applying to Target Corp. to hearing something from them.
