I have been interviewed for Engineering Manager role at NAB.
I have YoE of 18 years and the current CTC is 18LPA including VP.

1. What is the best fixed I can expect and how can I negotiate a better fixed?
2. What are the perks offered other than the usual stuff?
3. Is there a pay band for a role in NAB? Does the current CTC is the only aspect of the package? Does the experience count? I am already on a low CTC and don't want to remain underpaid.
4. Which laptop is provided at NAB?
