I know I’m an excellent designer and creative leader but I am having the worst time securing just an interview. I’m tired of being ghosted. What can I do?

I keep on interviewing for new roles and keep on getting passed up. Am told my experience is great, but there are more qualified candidates. I have asked for feedback and understand everyone is busy, but I’m getting really frustrated. I have a 10 month old and probably off my game, but I’m disappointed as I’m in a dead end job and feel it was the worst move I have made and made me not hirable or anything anymore. Hitting my self esteem hard. Just needed to vent.

Got an initial email to set up the first interview at Amazon. I applied for the Program Manager role in two different functions. Could anyone help make sense of what to expect and how should I prep for it? What’s the first meeting really about, and what are they trying to gauge? Specific skills? The position is based in UAE if that helps.

I have an interview coming up with Church & Dwight. When the recruiter emailed me with 3 interview times I thought he was asking me what time works best. Turns out he was telling me I was scheduled for 3 different interviews for 3 different teams in one day. Has anyone heard of a company doing that or gone through this for an interview? It seems odd to me

My friend gave interview on 22 nd September
In Cts and the hr told that she will get back for hr discussion and also dropped mail that you have been selected.
It's been a week the hr has not reverted back.
My friend dropped mails still they are asking to fill up some forms.
After how many days does hr discussion take place?

I am currently working as a paralegal in a small/mid sized firm where compensation as far as salary is limited. Recently I have decided to leave and have started doing initial interviews with very large firms. When the question of compensation always comes up of course I want to say the highest number possible. Is this a turn off? Should I try to be more realistic in the number that I give or shoot for the stars?

I applied for few SA roles at AWS after getting the SAA certificate and some badges like the “WAF” and “Advanced Migration”. I also optimized my resume recently trying to match what AWS would look for, but I did not get any 1st call or screening interview!
I also applied to some of the roles using friend’s referral. I have more than 15 years in IT infrastructure mainly in Storage systems (EMC, Hitachi) What could be the problem? Thanks.

Question for moms past the young toddler phase - at what age did you find your child could safely & independently play/entertain themselves for 30-60 minutes? My just-turned 2 y.o. can play fairly well independently for 5-10 minutes and of course needs to be very closely supervised for safety (he loves to climb).

I love my job but sometimes I feel like I’m not satisfied creatively.
