I have been on a maternity break for a year. As I'm gearing up to join back, my organization is going through a transition. It's not very steady and I've started looking for new opportunities. Do I tell in my interviews upfront that I've been on a maternity break? Or do I wait for them to bring it up?

Just how bad would it be to quit without a two week notice?
