I’m in advisory. Leaving 3 months before my 2 years is up. How does the sign on bonus repayment work? Do they take it out of our final check? Or PTO payout?
If I wanted to talk to someone about prorating the amount to pay back, who would that be and at what point do I do that?

Curious what other underwriters are being paid. We have had a good amount of turn over lately where people are getting 20K plus more, but the people we are hiring to fill those spots are saying we pay “way” more than their previous role. Seems there is a big gap.

Can anyone give me honest feedback on what being a copywriter is like at FCB Health NY? I have an interview but looking on here all I see is *really* negative feedback, so I’m very apprehensive. Seeing many of the salaries posted in this bowl, I am extremely eagered to transition from the federal government. Any ideas and/or tips? I started as a student intern and I have transitioned into a specialist roal. This position requires me to be a jack of all trades and the pay maxes out at 87k. The federal government uses an old metric pay system called the GS scale that requires us to be within grade at minimum 52 weeks. I'm tired of waiting to get what I was promised/owed.

I am almost 23 and don’t know much about the investment and savings vehicles/strategies that I should be using. IRAs, Roth IRA’s, long-term investments, how much I should be contributing/saving for financial success, etc. Any suggestions? I currently have $4,000 in savings, and a few thousand sitting in checking that I use regularly but try to not spend too much. Rent is $1600. Likely looking to go to grad school in the next 2-3 years.

I recently attended an interview with KPMG and cleared the technical rounds. I was promised 11.5 lpa fixed and now after clearing technical rounds they say 11 lpa fixed. The HR was also not ready to negotiate. During the technical rounds, the interviewer was straight forward and said there will be lot of work pressure and appraisal will be once in an year. My YoE is 2.9 years. Is it really worth taking such an offer ? Any suggestions are appreciated
