I have been rejected by so many interviews and hearing nothing from the 100s of jobs I have applied for.
I’m autistic and have anxiety but I don’t let it disturb my work and I am so willing to learn new things.
I don’t have driving licence and rely on public transportation, I have been rejected multiple times because of that.
I have been invited to pre interviews just to make numbers.
I don’t know what else to do.
It’s getting me so down.

I honestly would look specifically into programs geared toward helping people with autism find employment. There are companies who have programs specifically to employ and empower people with autism. I hope that you are able to find these resources and find something soon!

Not that I’m recommending doing this but I put my postcode on my cv somewhere in the city that I’m seeking jobs then deal with explaining that I rely on public transport and actually live further than stated after I’ve been offered a position. With that being said I’m still having zero luck finding work as the job market is really messed up right now

Hi all! As part of joining formalities, Barclays requires the document showing epfo linked with Aadhar. I have not linked aadhar with epfo. Only pan linked. Is there any alternatives available?
