I have been working for almost a decade now and switched to KGS a few years back. This company wasted my time these few years with no growth opportunities lower than inflation hikes and still don't see anything positive coming in near future.

They do not have money to even give better basic facilities for their employees like parking, seating space, cafeteria, food quality at cafeteria etc. I would suggest if you are planning to switch to KGS for growth, please don't.
