I have been working here for a really long time and what I would like to say about the company is if you perform well you get good opportunity and learning and visibility.
But on another note, people who are old enough in the system especially Market HMT2 DLs think they are the owner of the company and do not promote anyone except themselves. I will put specific names some other time but because of theee people company is actually losing good talent

I see for many people the designation has changed but for me it's not. I was under the impression that the promotion happens after the mid year discussion or after the year end discussion.
