I have heard of people receiving care packages from parents/relatives in India. Anyone with experience sending across things like homemade creams, lotions and hand salves. My sister makes some that really agree with my skin but I'm out and have nobody to bring it over. Considering this care package route if it's viable. Thank you for any input.

I'm a new joinee in MSFT.

People in my team they don't come with me for breaks. (They blame the timings are different since they sit in crits but i don't think so because they have their own group of friends to go with)

Secondly, when my team members see me in cafeteria we expect they'll sit with us but people here are being rude they directly go and sit with their friends they don't call you to join. ( atleast they could have said they are accompanied)

Bit of a niche topic: I’ve been in TS/SCI processing for a Science/Tech/Weapons analyst position with the CIA for 3 yrs since I finished grad school in chemistry, but CIA positions are sort of set it and forget it since they can take so long. I’ve since been focused on a Patent Attorney track and am with a firm that will support me taking the patent bar/law school. If I get through processing and go to the CIA for some time, do you think would I be accepted back into patent law later on?

I have done a big mistake by joining EY.. I regret daily.. i don't know where I am going n what I am doing.. they have made me sick n mentally ill.. even I want to cry but i m not able to do.. just want to left this organisation but not able to do so because of the market condition.

Currently 31 with 6.5 YOE and single . Should have NW of 250k by end of this year. (No significant assets in India). My H1B is set to expire in Aug 2022, my employer is filing my extension, assuming I will get it till aug 2025 and I need to go to stamping.Parent is sick, needs to undergo a surgery. I want to go to India, to be with her during this time. My question here is if I go for visa stamping will I get stamping till Aug 2022 or aug 2025?
If I get stamping till Aug 2025, Can I come back before aug 2022 without any issue?
If I get stamping till Aug 2022, will there be any issues at port of entry
