I have interviewed at IRIS Software before checking Glassdoor reviews, seems the reviews are mixed so please help me out as I'll be changing city to join them, is it a good service based company? Some on LinkedIn have said it's a good company but I don't know because my interview experience was far from good. It was not even decent. I didn't get the offer obviously so if you have other options give it a thought before you join.

It's not like IRIS have unfair policy of particular reason, just they follow their clients. As a company Iris is good. If market is up, they will give you awesome hike, else they just won't fire.
Rest all depends on client and project.

Just venting here… At WAS for an adjustment interview based on an affirmative asylum and the officer said he’s never done and affirmative adjustment before… and questioned my client when he said that he has never been in proceedings. Officer said “I don’t agree with that, I think you *have* been in proceedings” when we submitted the affirmative asylum approval and I had to show that to him smh. Why aren’t they training these officers 😭

Hello Fishes!
Any idea how long does it take to get a German visa appointment for EU Blue card and dependents? I am based in Chennai and have been trying since 2 weeks, no luck.
Do slots really open up at certain timings? Also, am in the waitlist pool for Chennai location, would I be able to add myself to waitlist pool for Hyderabad location as well?
