Just venting here… At WAS for an adjustment interview based on an affirmative asylum and the officer said he’s never done and affirmative adjustment before… and questioned my client when he said that he has never been in proceedings. Officer said “I don’t agree with that, I think you *have* been in proceedings” when we submitted the affirmative asylum approval and I had to show that to him smh. Why aren’t they training these officers 😭

At the end of the form it’s asking to upload any documents/evidence. How important is it uploading documents and what exactly is preferable to upload? I can’t tell if I’m being paid enough but they are covering my health insurance premium, bar dues, CLEs, and AILA dues. Am I being paranoid?
