I have over 10 years of product, customer, and technical support. I have a Bachelors and Masters degree. I can't even get an interview. I tweak my resumes and even have a subscription to an ATS checker platform. I've never seen the job market so awful. I'm really just venting. Places I want to work at where I have the experience to do the job, reject my applications flat out. What are recruiters doing? Do they actually work or just let the ATS do all the work for them? *sigh*

Hi All - I’m at a firm that has some infrequent in-house training but not enough to help me develop skills to eventually become a trial lawyer. I know cases rarely make it to trial anymore, but I’d like to develop my skills as much as possible to position myself well when they do. Does anyone have any mock trial programs they’ve participated in outside of their firms that they would recommend?

If I have two 401ks (current job and previous job), does the 19k limit apply to both of them together or 19k each?

If I were to rollover a pension lump sum into one of those 401ks, is counted towards the $19k limit? Or is rollover classified differently and I could still continue to contribute to my current 401k?
