I have received the offer from Citi bank. I had disputes with my wife and I have done settlement with my wife and every case is closed except 498A. We have already filed quash petition in high court and now its due for hearing in coming months. But it can still surface in the BGV.
Will it create any issue in background verification? As its bank, does it follow strict background check? I am planning to disclose everything in BGV forms.
