It's me, the infamous NYC tax attorney. I wasn't going to update you on the story but I will give you guys an update. FIRST THING in the morning the junior approached me at our office today and told me that one of the partners came up to him and explained to him that if he wants to be successful at our firm, he needs to be more observant and pay attention to the seniors. He says that the partner told him that upsetting seniors can lead to not getting work and thus not meeting hours.

If there is a case that we have to quarantine again. Do you all think it is possible for store associates to work remotely? If so, what are some ways this could work? I fear another pandemic or outbreak and so many people being out of work again. I can't even fathom those that had jobs in retail that had little to no choice to not be remote.

My h1b petition was approved till September 2022. I was not able to get it stamped through previous employer and now my current employer is willing to transfer the H1b. Since the petition got expired can someone guide me what is the process for this ?

I was in usa for about 4 years from 2014-2018 so still 2 years reaming my h1b. My last stamping expired in Jan 2018 is it possible to renew my h1b? I have b1 visa as well can I travel and then initiate transfer and start working on receipt will that be ok?
