How do you collect data on classrooms?

Currently have a 5th grade girl who is struggling with classroom behaviors and choices. When questioned, she says she wants to be a boy, but her parents won’t allow it. Obviously, she is struggling with more than making good choices at school. Her parents are very kind and appreciative of all we do for their child, but they are also clearly struggling with this. Anyone ever been in a similar situation or have some advice on how we can best support the student?

I am a middle school social studies teacher and my husband is a high school art teacher. He has been an art teacher for a very long time and he’s not super proficient with Google classroom but I am. I have been helping him with lesson online resources & creating hyper docs for the lessons. He is struggling with the students not having a lot of supplies at home and how to have them create multiple day art pieces.  he teaches at a low income area, how is everyone handling supplies to students? 

Has anyone been hired for a support position like instructional coach only and then put back in the classroom for multiple grade levels at the middle school while doing some of your actual job

I can manage my classroom better if I don’t respond to emails outside of office hours. This gives my mind a break and by consequence refreshes me for the next day. It also sets a boundary.

Tonight my wife threw water at me, called me a loser (second time this week but who’s counting) and told me she didn’t wanna be with me. All because while she was out I walked on the treadmill and “omitted” telling her that when she came home. Wasn’t trying to hide it, just didn’t think being on a treadmill for 5 min was worthy of being brought up in convo.

Am I the asshole here? I don’t think I did anything wrong and refuse to start giving my wife status updates while she’s out.

If i resign within 1 year (at 10th month) and my last working day falls after 1 year, counting 90days notice, do i still need to pay the joining bonus back?

I’m feeling super discouraged lately. Multiple males partners I’ve worked with at my current job left and found ACD positions pretty quickly. (One is less experience then me). Our portfolios have a lot of the same work in it, but I get no response from hundreds of applications I’ve applied to. I’ve also noticed most of the men I graduated with are also ACDs or CDs for years already, while most of the women from the same year are still Sr ADs or just becoming ACD. Coincidence?
