I have received two offers and am considering which one would be the better choice. Here’s the breakdown:
1. Deloitte (through a vendor)
• CTC: 35+ LPA (only fixed, no variable pay)
2. Illumina 36+ LPA (includes variable pay)
• Joining Bonus: 2.5 Lakhs

Given these details, I’d love to hear from those who’ve worked at either or have insights into the companies. Which offer would you choose and why? Any pros/cons I should consider for each company?

What do I do if I’ve only worked one job (the one I’m currently at) and another company is asking for references? I could do professors from college but not sure if that’s a good idea. I wish I could give my current manager’s contact but I don’t want her knowing :/

Should litigation come out of legal or the businesses budget? My understanding is business? Any thoughts here or advice…
