Anyone else have the issue thatyour company overpays for new hires that often don't last a year but will not even pay existing employees anything close to similar rates for the same job or even jobs higher up ?

So if you get a bonus that says 'you should probably start looking' - how do you spin the story to a recruiter? And what are chances of a similar role vs. industry change?
