I have recieved offer for a senior commercial insurance account manager from a large insurance brokerage in the U.S. The salary offered was below the minimum salary range for the position. I counter offered for the minimum annual salary for the position. I was denied and offered $2,000 more annually without a reason for decline.. I have over 20 years of experience. However I never had a senior commercial account manager title in past. How should I proceed?
