Hi Everyone
Do anyone know how much bonus does Tavisca gives to its employees who joins lets say in July, I heard its 10% above ctc, but is it always the same or can increase/decrease??
PS : I have joined in july and wanted to calculate my ctc including bonus or any incentive.
Any help would be appreaciated... Thanks

Yep, i did. Everyone hated her though, so it made it easier to move. Once i made the move to the newer boss, she actually would talk to her ALL the time and i knew it was about me. I felt she was out to get me as she would always make my life miserable. Fast forward 2 years later; she’s now fired and I’m the top performer in my group.
Pro
I should clarify in my case, my boss is a a nice person, but not super bright. He is terrible at prioritization, and has a tendency to create churn where it is not necessary. Meanwhile, my boss's boss is sharp and great. In my dreams, I would report directly to my boss's boss, but politically that seems unlikely to happen.
I absolutely despise metawork, non-value added time consuming procedures, with opportunity costs that absorb precious time away from tracked projects. Unfortunately needs to be done to satisfy personal preferences and not necessarily the big picture

Yes, she wasn’t terrible but I had outgrown her. It took me about 6 months but I was able to do it. I made my case. Over and over again.
I moved laterally expecting to leave the firm anyways but covid happened. Stuck here with another boss I don’t love but it’s relatively better?
