I have the following opportunities and need advice for a long-term (5+ years) career move:

Persistent: Offer finalized with client Proofpoint; highest CTC.

TCS: In pipeline (Healthcare domain); docs done, BGV in progress.

Capgemini: Still in process.


Note: TCS, Synechron, and Capgemini offer 5 LPA less than Persistent.

Which would be the best for long-term growth, learning, and stability?

Skills: 10+ years of experience in Java spring boot Microservices development.

Hi, I have a 2 part question:

I did a “meet the team” interview 2 weeks ago and now the hiring manager set up a call on Tuesday. Is it safe to assume that’s a call to extend an offer?

If that’s a reasonable assumption, could I let another company (finished interviews last Friday) know ahead of time on Monday that I’m expecting an offer in the hopes of speeding up their decision making?

I’m at a Fortune 500 company with an employee stock purchase plan but I’m unhappy with my salary and job title. I was offered an opportunity to make 30k more with the title I want with a smaller company doing the same role. I’m wondering if it’s the right career move to just jump ship…Any guidance is much appreciated.

I have a total of 8.1 yrs of development experience in Java, Bigdata and Hadoop (new to it).
I got an offer from Capgemini for Manager/C2 designation with a CTC of 24 LPA. I just wanted to know the roles and responsibilities at this designation.
Will it be a profile shift from technical to managerial position or is just a designation (as per HR) the actual job would be to lead/guide any team?
