I hear almost only negative reviews on every agency thread I read so I’m switching it up: which agencies are considered a POSITIVE place to work these days?

I've recently got an offer for 60k yearly in Hamburg. They're sponsoring relocation for myself and wife as well and 3 month stay.
Currently placed at 20 lpa with 7 years of exp and wife at 12 lpa.
And before moving she would have to put down the papers and search for job there afresh.
I'm also having offer for 30+ lpa in India.
Would it be a wise decision to move there. Would I be able to save enough and enjoy as well?

Why some Managers and Leads are obsessed over faster delivery? I have found this behaviour specifically within India Based firms or clients. I mean quality work takes time. Better designing takes time. Ni bas jaldi krdo! I mean its not food that will rotten if 2 ka 3 din hogya! Seriously start the work in chaos and then later say “We understand everything is complicated in this project but it is how it is and we have to work hard to tackle this!” I mean it was you who made it complicated!

Now I'm being called for another position which I applied through the same recruiter before for the same group but different role. I recently accepted a job offer for the boston office but over the past weekend, my circumstances have changed and I’d need to stay in NYC for family and would probably have to take back my acceptance. I know the nyc office doesn’t have any spots available but does anyone know if the recruiters can switch it after I’ve already accepted the boston office?
