HCL Technologies offer being delayed and recruiter keeps saying that there's a problem with their "Offer release portal system." I have already stated my issues with relocating until after I have the offer signed and ready. The project is supposed to start on the 19th and I'm supposed to join before, or on that date. It's already coming up soon and I don't have the official offer so that I can confidently start the relocation process. Has anyone else recently dealt with this?

I left capegemini on 4th of Feb and I still haven't got my relieving letter as well as experience letter. I'm trying to access my capegemini portal from webvpn.capgemini.com but I'm not able to access that either. Please suggest me what should be done, my next employer is asking for relieving letter.

There should be certain certifications or courses designed specifically for managers and leads! Being an experienced software engineer doesn’t mean you are good lead or manager as well. Period!

2/3 days bhi bhot zada there will be managers who would be like give it by day end. On top of that will keep bugging you in between what’s the status :-P.
And jaldi jaldi k chakkar me we tend to make small mistakes which makes it double the effort which will definitely be more.. than If they already let us take time in the first place
