How long does it take EY GDS to hire? I've applied for some positions (bcom fresher) on June last week. I booked a trip from NYC->Singapore with Krisflyer miles for next year. I need to change the reservation to be NYC->Bangkok but with a stop over in Singapore. I’m seeing that the dates are now blocked / waitlist only on the stopover route (bc the singapore flight is full) but I am the person on the NY->Singapore flight 🤦🏽‍♂️. Any ideas on how to make this change given it’s an entirely new route?

My supervisor gave me 8hours of AWOL because I couldn't show up one day because I was under anxiety. I have gave him letters from psychiatrist,psychologist that I'm passing through this. He didn't care and gave me an AWOL. I want to leave my job because my department is very toxic but I don't want to leave having that on my records.
If I move to another job later on (private or federal) this 8 hours of AWOL will show up?
