I inherited a role and found emails from my predecessor having a breakdown in their draft folder. They never sent them but they're still there. I'm reading someone's private work crisis from three years ago. Should I delete them or is that evidence of something?

Hi folks, my base location as per EY GDS offer letter is Noida but I want it to be Gurgaon as my hometown is in Jaipur and Gurgaon is more convenient for me.. I sent email to my senior manager and got response that you can use flexibility and work in any Gds office in India. However, I feel that in case my base location is not being changed, I should shift to Noida rather than Gurgaon as there might be any formalities or facilities which we need to avail in our base location only.. Any thoughts?
