Hey guys. I have been applying to Amex for the past 1 year. Tried applying on the portal, through referrals and even hr consultants reached me regarding the roles since I have a relevant profile. But not once have I been shortlisted or called for an interview. What could be the problem?
PS: I have gotten calls from every other company for the same profile but not amex. Can't be a problem with the profile. Seems something dicey which I'm not aware of.American Express

Hi Fishies, I was hired for wealth and asset management project EY . It is capital market domain. Any body have any idea about this project going on in EY and the tools used for it.
Please advise if anyone have idea about it.
Just want to know any global tool they use for wealth and asset management, so it's a plus for me to join.

Usually if you are shifting from one location to another you have to handover your laptop to base location and get the alternate one from the new location.

This is the only thing I am aware of
You can pitch in to your SM on how moving to gurgaon will be helpful to you and loop in the HR as well to support you with this transition.Further many of my peers wanted to change their base location too but the HR and SM suggested them to be in the firm for a while (for new joiners) to make this change happen.

You can connect with your respective talent consultant for such movement. Letting you know in advance that you will need your Manager, SM, PPED approval for getting the office base location changed. And this would be approved only if your service line has business requirements in target office.
As far as your relocation reimbursements plans are concerned you will not get a single penny from the firm for such movement since you are making it on your own will.

What kind of facility? You can work out from any location if your SM is okay with it.
By facilities, I meant relocation allowance arrangements, access cards or laptop issues may be or cab facilities which i think will make much more sense from base location itself. They won't allow from other locations..
Hey! Were you able to get your preferred location changed to Gurgaon? Same thing happened with me, I clearly communicated in my form and at time of interview that I am based in Gurgaon and would be interested in Gurgaon location, however my offer notes Noida location, the manager is trying to grt it changed however there has been no correspondence yet…I am waiting for the location to get changed and then sign the letter…
