I joined Infosys in August 2025 with 4 yrs exp till now I didn't get any project, I've attended 3 client interviews but unfortunately client expectations are too much like 6+ yrs. Can someone please guide me in this critical situation? Am I at risk of termination?Infosys

Need help, I have relevant experience and good reputation among team. I want promotion in this cycle to manager level but the thing is the seniors I have, managers and senior managers are with PwC SDC for long time, so they are not ready to promote me with 4.5 years of experience.
