What's everyone drinking this weekend?

Had two rounds of interviews for an in house role and really like the company/job. I followed up Friday regarding next steps and was told they are still interviewing and should be wrapping up soon. Advice on how to stay calm? I want the position and need to know if there’s a way to speed up the process.

This is the great resignation, right? Thoughts on jumping for the fourth time in seven years? I’m chasing the pay to get to where I want to be and have an offer but am getting reservations on making a move within a year. Appreciate any similar personal experience.

With my wife for 14 years, 2 kids under 8y - both under a lot of pressure bc Covid/work/private life/… and have been (unconsciously) running away from our couple not working “since a long time” (dixit my wife). So I'm winding down a three-month LOA for my mental health and burnout. It took a month to feel semi-normal; new meds, new routines, and therapy. Now that I'm closing in on my return date, I feel as though I've made no progress at all. The feeling of dread in dealing with the job is starting to overwhelm me again, and I feel hopeless. I have discussed the mid-career crisis aspect and think I'm still there, I just do not care about the job anymore.

I need advice from the collective. It seems like there is a trend to sell wine in unique bottles. The only problem with this, those bottles will not fit into my wine fridge. I am looking for wine decanter tags that are writable. I’d like to find a vintage looking silver option, but they all require engraving. I’m struggling to find anything that will work, other than writing on clear tape with a sharpie marker 😐
