What will be the ctc that I can ask for according to the trend..

There are some things that will never be explained. I think it's just familiarity with the language at this point.
JavaScript was created in like a weekend to support basic interactivity in the early days of the web. Now it's one of the most prolific programming languages. Things don't always go as planned.
That being said, loosely typed languages have upsides too. It's easier to make something, anything, work. There's a lower barrier to entry. You can apply patterns that don't work with strict typing.
For enterprise software it's not ideal, but that was just not part of the initial scope. You can always look into typescript, which solves many of these issues.
I feel like CS degrees are annoying particularly for this typa reason.
Well you are never going to use Haskell at work and JavaScript has spread to the backend (node.js) so you better learn to like JavaScript
