I jonied as a college hire in 2023, previous cycle I got a hike but it was nowhere close to a salary correction. However I progressed to A2, and this year I won't be getting any promotion. If I want to put my case up for a promotion to SA what should I do? I am close to 2 YOE and by the next crt cycle I will be close to 3 YOE.I am new to this culture and would be very happy to hear from you guys.

Have you talked about your wedding with coworkers? I made the mistake of saying I had to leave work a little early one day because I was going to do a tasting at my venue. That starts a debate on why one shouldn’t get married, how much wedding costs & what a waste it is, dresses are stupid because you only wear them once, etc. I haven’t talked about my wedding much, but I didn’t appreciate this. I ignored the negative comments and we moved the conversation along. Not talking about that anymore!

My partner and I are planning to elope. We want the wedding and the trip that will go with it to be for us. That being said, we want to throw a party of some kind to celebrate with our friends.
