Gartner - 24 fixed + 2.4 variable
State street - 27.5 fixed.

I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
Did I just do a mistake by quoting too high a number? Please let me know your opinions.

I’ve only experienced bad BO when I’m stress sweating (presentations, put on the spot, etc.) or on my period. Even if I’m sweating while exercising, I’ve never smelled.

I feel like that. Poor work culture. Managers are like most irritating individuals. They themselves will do nothing and expect team to deliver everything before time and with perfection. What sort of chillar company it is? Also, you get begger sort of awards after 6months duration ...I am calling that because their spot award or caller territory awards comes up with Rs 750 INR.
