So I work for a small company as a SEM/Director… which in my world just means I am really Lead Developer, Part BA and part product owner as well as reviewing the devs. I came up in this company starting at about SE3 of 5 so the position is just kind of what I made it. Hi, anyone get their CIA after finishing up CPA? I’m currently trying to finish part 2 of the 3 exams, and I’m finding the study material Gliem provides doesn’t help much with part 2.

Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile. I got small relocation package. Would internal move be subject to a buy-out/clawback clause if I leave now and if yes, is it time in role or time under new contract? Any experience? Thanks!
