I just turned down a position that was advertised through a recruitment agency as a hybrid schedule, 3 days in office, 2 days WFH. When it came to the interview, they told me it was full time in the office. I thanked everyone and didn't pay it no mind, since I am already working a temp job. Interestingly enough, another recruitment agency reaches out to me about the same position at a lower rate and with a hybrid schedule?

Sounds fishy and the recruiter won't take no for an answer.

Why if you are on H1B is so much problematic for vendors looking for contractors ? Vendors keep on asking to join on W2 rather that Corp to Corp although for employees on H1B we cannot join on W2 due to immigration issues. Point being does it matter for end client , if the contractor is coming as W2 or not ?

Hi All, I have an urgent query regarding TCS BGC process. My issue is that I have worked in X, Y and Z companies.
In X company I worked for 26months but my pf account is there for last 13months, before that my salary was very low so sometimes I got salary in hand or in pay cheque. I do have salary account statement for most of the months except 3-4 months in between my tenure. Will I face any issue for this?
