Hello, I am working in HCL Technologiesas L1 resource my CWL is nagpur but I want to change my working location . It was changed a few months back but they have referred back to nagpur again saying because of some policies so I asked for a project change thought it may be useful for location change, it's been 23 months in my current project I asked for release but my sdm is not willing to release. I cannot travel back to Nagpur vijaywada is my nearest location. Please suggest how I can proceed.

My former employer was openly hostile to ANY employees discussing their salaries. People got written up.
If a department did the unforgivable act of talking about, to, supporting or doing the unthinkable and went union, they were QUICKLY outsourced. BioMed, Facilities, Dialysis and Lab all were cast out.
It is against the law to punish someone for discussing salaries. Maybe that varies state to state.
I totally agree with you,If you feel and know that you are being underpaid, then by all means continue to bring up what you want if you don't no one will and you will always continue to be paid less what you are worth!
I totally get it! Pay discussions can be awkward. But at the end of the day, if you feel you’re underpaid, it’s worth bringing it up. You deserve to know where you stand!
