In candor, people look for distraction. Stay approachable. Minimize existing dry tone. Limit data, verse, and rehearsing. Eye two critical attributes past for insight. Great opportunity is not always among one being. Roam slightly at feedback. A confidence alongside humility excels audience.
The best thing you can do and I am a former Policy Analyst make the whole piece high level and nothing but high level! They want to see of you can make it short brief and still have all the clear and concise information there. Most times the informational note or the briefing note you will create is high level and they want to see if your able to create that without direction. Most of the government jobs out there are very heavy on self directive and little to no hand holding, so my advice is "high-level" is the way to go.
