I live in a village in Uttarakhand. My neighbor owns around 8 horses and keeps all of them inside a room/stable right next to my house, hardly 4-5 feet away from my bedroom wall.Door window facing my house
At night the horses wear bells, and although the neighbor says he puts cloth inside the bells only after 10-11 pm, the sound turns into a constant low vibrating/muffled noise which is extremely disturbing and makes it difficult to sleep.disturbance is regular and happens almost every night.

I am thinking of getting a masters of healthcare informatics, and would love input from people in both industries and any advice you have!

Would you continue into the nursing leadership ladder or go into health informatics (which also has leadership!)?

I am trying to resign from my employer and my offical notice period is of 3 months as per the agreement. The agreement also states that the employment can be terminated by either party with 3 months of notice or monthly gross salary in lieu of notice period.

But my HR says that they can't release me before 3 months and when i told them that its not fair practice then they told me to file a legal case against company.

Can someone suggest what should i do? What choices i am left with?

One of my family members is diagnosed with breast cancer and I have to take care of her. I have been working from home (1.6 Yr) since the joining in my present organization. But now, they are saying if I resign due to any reason then I have to serve notice period (90 days) from office that too in night shift 3:00 to 12:00. My office is in different state.

What should I do, should leaving the company right away is right thing? I am having the all the salary slips, appraisal lett with me.
