Posted about this a while back but didn’t get a definitive response. I have a bunch of Manhattan prep GMAT books from the past few years that have little to no writing in them. There’s probably 20 of them so pretty heavy but I’m looking to give this away to someone for free. Only thing is I asked for you to take all of them versus just a few. Week 4 of Gym
Now I am able to do workout about 2 hrs compared to previous week it was just 1 hr hardly.

Initial 2 week I gain weight 79 to 84 kg and I loss the weight to 81 kg.

About my diet, I am taking regular Indian food including Indian Street food.
I just cut down consumption by 50%, and add one blow of fruits which includes papaya, banana pomegranate, grapes, strawberries, watermelon sapota

I dont take everything in one go the blow take full take to end.

And one scoop protine powder

New to the bowl but looking for an accountability community.

This morning I did 30 minutes of cardio and 50 minutes of upper body strength training.

Y'all. I need some strength training programs to do at home, given that gyms are closed indefinitely in NYC. Any full body workout programs? Any reliable apps to use for routines?

Anyone else having trouble finding free fraud based CPE trainings? My job does not pay for these things so I wasnt sure if anyone else had a solution or source. I need 4 more hours of fraud based CPE and havent found much on ACFE or AICPA that I can use. Ive joined a local CFE chapter but not much is going on with it.

Considering joining a small 50-person company as the only attorney (prior attorney is retiring). (I am currently in-house at a F50). For others who have done the same path, what surprises did you have when moving from a large company to a small one?
