Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.
What do you think?

Spring, I hope. I want to start exploring then too. I’m always exploring, but I think that’s when it’s going to be back up and running because most businesses pick up then.
Taking the time now to make sure I’m ready. Retail is always in a funk after the holidays. Spring and early summer business start to pick back up again, and that’s usually when I see more job openings where I live.
That's a great question, I have no idea when or if it will pick up. I'm really hoping it does but it's hard to say. I was told that it would pick up in the new year but I haven't noticed that yet. However it's only the first couple of weeks, so we shall see.

Totally get it—job hunting can feel sluggish and deflating. Spring (around March/April) **usually** brings more openings as companies ramp up hiring after the new-year slow down. Use this time to refresh your resume, tailor applications, and reconnect with your network—so when the opportunities do pick up, you’ll be ready to move fast. You’ve got this!

If you are looking for a retail job then yes waiting might be beneficial as it is a slow time and hours are sparse. But there are jobs out there just have to go aggressively in finding them.
