I received an offer from a fashion retail company. They have given me store manager position but the store they assigned me is not performing good because of poor location. Do you think after joining in case I am not able to improve the performance of that store I will be fired or will be transferred?

If I've only had one job so far in my career how do I fill up my resume?

Everyone has a different perspective on this but would love to hear yours. Someone has debt ranging say 4-5% interest rates. Do you attack debt more then investing to move towards a debt free life or do you go after investments since they return historically above that then paying down closer towards retirement. I know the latter looks better on paper but what about the psychological factors of being debt free and the guaranteed return on interest savings.

Is it better to be at a small shop and crank out work for smaller clients in your first year or be at a big name shop and maybe make nothing? Deciding on an offer...

Recently I have completed probation in Accenture, and got offer from HCL, Is there any chance to revise the package? because I have completed only 6 months in Accenture, If I compare CTC of both there is huge difference it's round 10 lacs, HCL offering 60 per hike.
