Hello! I need advice. I have 5 years of digital marketing, project and team management experience. I’ve been doing design work w/o realizing ux/ui was a career since the beginning. I didn’t keep record of those projects but I created a portfolio to show proof of knowledge/skill but it’s not lengthy. Saw lots of posts about rentals and wanted to share my experience as someone who currently has 14 units that I am currently looking to sell.
Pros : cheap real estate in PA, good cashflow when all tenants pay, PA is an easy state to evict someone if they aren't paying (unlike NY/NJ)

22 years old and currently focused on using my left over income to invest and pay off my debt. I am set to pay off my college loans by next year and, when I do, I want to look into investing into real estate.
