What are some easy to make, low stress holiday meals for a school holiday staff party? I was "volunteered" by our principal to set it up this year (🙄). I'm making decorated sugar cookies but kind of drawing a blank when it comes to savory dishes. Bonus points if you have any adult holiday themed games or fun drinks to suggest! It's off school property and there will be a bar (thank god), for context.

Hi friends! I’m looking for resources to help me be successful in a “Functional Lead” role.

The role is in FinTech

Anyone out there in a role like this? Any books. videos or even best practices to share?

Hello, All! I'm looking for recommendations on inspirational content for women leaders. I follow TEDWomen, many podcasts, and the Women's Conference among other sources. I'd love to hear a fresh perspective on business, trends, tech, marketing, equality in the workforce, etc. I'd love to learn something new. I'm at the VP level and have started a couple of companies, so nothing too junior, but open to many topics. Please share any speakers, books, webinars, or events that you may come across.

Interested in perspectives on training a very inexperienced person (high school graduate) to be the assistant you want them to be (requiring patience and training to develop skills the person may or may not be able to develop) versus hiring an experienced executive assistant (20+ years experience known to be excellent) for a partner slowly developing book but rapidly developing leadership (on executive level) at the firm.

Anyone know of someone who exited to Neom and their experience? Heard plenty of stories about it being a mess down there/hugely startup based environment. However, the 30% bump with housing/meals covered seems lucrative and the hours are relatively decent (compared to consultancies)

Considering an offer and would appreciate any insights.

Additional Posts in Londoners in Consulting

Considering a transfer to the UK from the US. Expected salary around £85-£95. Have sought opinions on what life would be like as a single mid thirties person with no debt on that amount.

Half the people I talk to tell me I’ll not be able to save for emergencies or travel and I’ll have to live in zone 4.

The other half the people tell me I should keep my mouth shut about money bc most Londoners live on half that.

I’m so confused.
