I recently cleared L1 and L2 for specialist package implementation for oracle hcm. I have 4.5 years of experience with 5LPA. could someone suggest me what package should I ask in hr round? They said starting while screening around 10LPa can be offered? What all questions can I expect ??

Package - ask for 10 LPA, 99 percent chances are that - HR won't negotiate and then keep applying for other jobs too.

whatever the tech stack for 5 YOE, 12 LPA is min and you will get there by stacking multiple offers.

Check the market avg of your tech stack around your circle, but keep a logic in hand that -
You can make it to any number by stacking multiple offers gradually
But not in a catapult

My experience with ltm is if 90 days notice period max they'll offer 30 percent, all my friends told the same.

Hi ,

This is regarding Visa Appointment for Germany - in VFS.
My visa expiry is June 2023 , whereas my Appointment to consulate is July 2022. I am going to renew my visa now but for my appointment I had given my current passport number and for appointment I need to carry the renewed passport(Which will have new Passport Number) , please help if this will be an issue?? Will I be asked to book a new appointment with renewed Visa and passport number ?? anyone faced similar situation??
